Meet Dr. Cade Sapala
A chiropractor who races, and an athlete who treats. Two sides of the same practice, in service of one thing: keeping you moving.
The Practitioner
A multi-system approach to active care
Dr. Sapala founded Carolina Performance Chiropractic with one goal: to give active adults and athletes access to the same level of care elite performers rely on. He combines Active Release Technique, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, and the McKenzie Method into a layered approach that treats the joint, the soft tissue, and the movement pattern, not just the symptom.
He earned his bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Florida and his Doctor of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic.
The Athlete
He's been on the table, too
Before he was a chiropractor, Dr. Sapala was a baseball player. Today he's a triathlete. That matters: when an active patient walks in with a flared-up IT band the week before a race, or chronic shoulder pain that's killed their swim, he's been there, on the table and on the start line.
Whether you're a competitive runner chasing a PR, a CrossFit athlete dealing with a nagging shoulder, or a weekend warrior who just wants to stay in the game, you'll get a plan that fits your goals, not just your diagnosis.
