Back & Neck

Low Back Pain

One of the most common conditions we treat, low back pain can stem from disc irritation, joint dysfunction, or weak stabilizing muscles. We identify the mechanical driver and build a plan to resolve it, not just manage it.

Neck Pain & Stiffness

Cervical pain often involves restricted facet joints, tight suboccipital muscles, or nerve irritation. Targeted adjustments and soft tissue work restore motion and reduce the headache and shoulder tension that frequently accompany it.

Sciatica

Sciatic nerve pain radiating from the low back into the glute, hamstring, or calf can arise from disc herniation, piriformis tension, or lumbar joint compression. We use nerve mobilization, targeted adjustments, and McKenzie loading strategies to centralize and eliminate the pain.

Disc Issues

Herniated, bulging, and degenerated discs respond well to conservative care. McKenzie Method directional preference loading, combined with joint mobilization and core stabilization, can produce dramatic and lasting relief without surgery.

Sports Injuries

Runner's Knee (Patellofemoral Pain)

Anterior knee pain caused by poor patellar tracking, weak hip abductors, or restricted ankle mobility. We address the full kinetic chain, not just the knee, so you can train through it and prevent recurrence. Read how we treat runner's knee.

Shoulder Impingement

Overhead athletes and swimmers commonly develop rotator cuff impingement from poor scapular mechanics or thoracic stiffness. ART, joint mobilization, and targeted strengthening restore pain-free overhead function quickly.

IT Band Syndrome

The lateral knee pain that sidelines so many runners is rarely about the IT band itself, it's a hip and femur mechanics problem. We treat the root cause with ART and IASTM while correcting the movement patterns that keep it coming back. Read how we fix IT band syndrome.

Plantar Fasciitis

Heel and arch pain from plantar fasciopathy is treated with IASTM to the plantar fascia and calf complex, ART to release the intrinsic foot muscles, and load management to guide a return to pain-free activity. Read how we treat plantar fasciitis.

Joint Pain

Hip Pain

Hip dysfunction often presents as groin tightness, anterior hip pinching with squatting, or SI joint aching. We assess hip mobility, lumbar stability, and deep hip flexor function to restore pain-free movement in all planes.

Elbow Pain

Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) and medial epicondylitis (golfer's elbow) are overuse conditions that respond well to ART and IASTM, combined with eccentric loading protocols to rebuild tendon capacity.

Wrist & Hand Pain

Carpal tunnel symptoms, de Quervain's tenosynovitis, and post-fracture stiffness can all be addressed with targeted soft tissue work and joint mobilization to restore grip strength and pain-free function.

Other

Headaches & Migraines

Cervicogenic headaches, those driven by neck and upper cervical dysfunction, respond reliably to chiropractic adjustments and suboccipital soft tissue release. We also assess postural drivers and screen for other causes to ensure appropriate care.

Muscle Strains

Acute and chronic muscle strains in the hamstrings, hip flexors, calves, and low back are treated with a graded approach: acute inflammation management followed by progressive loading to restore full strength and tissue capacity.

Postural Issues

Forward head posture, rounded shoulders, and anterior pelvic tilt create cumulative load on the spine and joints. We use DNS-based stabilization training and joint mobilization to restore neutral alignment and reduce the chronic tension that builds from hours of sitting or repetitive training.
